Program name
CloudRelay account sign-in texts, operated by Hartmire Limited (CloudRelay, cloudrelay.ai).
What the program sends
When you hold a CloudRelay account and ask for a sign-in link by text, you receive one text with a one-time sign-in link. When the owner of a business adds you to its team on CloudRelay, you receive one text with a link to join. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
How you opt in
On the sign-in page at app.cloudrelay.ai/login you enter your mobile number and tick an unchecked box agreeing to receive a one-time sign-in link by text. Team members are added by their business owner, who confirms they expect the text.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive one text per sign-in request and one per team invitation. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving sign-in texts. You will get one confirmation that you are opted out, and nothing after that. You can still sign in by e-mail. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your information, including your mobile number, is described in our privacy policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
