Who we are
CloudRelay is operated by Hartmire Limited. This policy covers the CloudRelay service at app.cloudrelay.ai and the texts we send to account holders.
What we collect
When a business opens an account we collect its name, the owner's name, e-mail address and mobile number, the details the business enters about itself, and the information it chooses to store in the service. When you sign in by text we record the mobile number you entered and the time of the request.
How we use it
To run your account: sending the sign-in link or team invitation you asked for, keeping you signed in, and providing the service. We also use it to answer support requests and to keep the service secure.
Text messages
If you opt in on the sign-in page, we text you a one-time sign-in link when you request one, and nothing else. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that deliver the service on our behalf, such as our messaging carrier and e-mail provider, and only for that purpose. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can stop sign-in texts at any time by replying STOP, and sign in by e-mail instead. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, write to hello@cloudrelay.ai.
