What we collect
When you fill in a form, call, or text Richard Palmer, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your request, together with the messages exchanged with you. Richard Palmer sends these messages using CloudRelay, a messaging platform for local service businesses.
How we use it
To reply to your request, schedule and confirm work, send reminders and follow-ups about that work, and ask for a review afterwards. We keep a record of the conversation so we can pick it up where it left off.
Text messages
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The consent you give to receive texts is not sold, rented, or transferred to anyone else.
Sharing
We use service providers to host this site, deliver messages, and send email. They process your information only on our behalf and only to provide those services. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, contact Richard Palmer at hello@cloudrelay.ai. Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00-18:00.
Retention
We keep conversation records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
